The Computer Society of Zambia (CSZ) urged the government to create an agency to help implement and coordinate information and communication technology (ICT) and policy initiatives.
CSZ Vice President Michael Mukuka said the executive, governor of the tasks of the implementation of facility policies should regulate.
Mr. Mukuka said it was also important for the government to accelerate implementation of the Computer Society of Zambia to the institutionalization CSZ Bill and able to effectively fulfill its role as advisor to the government and the public.
He spoke at news conference in the quarter just ended Commonwealth Telecommunications Organization (CTO) conference in Livingstone's Zambezi Sun Hotel yesterday.
